Lilloa 23: 448. 1950
A species now apparently restricted to the province of Misiones in Argentina where it grows in seasonally flooded grassy pampa. We have seen old collections from Paraguay and Brazil, but there appear to be no recent records from these countries. This species is usually easily identified by the terminal inflorescence and obscurely pubescent, trifid leaves with narrowly oblong lobes
